Job Description:

The Digital Account Coordinator will be responsible for managing the operational execution and success of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. You will work closely with and support the Sales and Ad Operations teams during the pre and post sales process to create, traffic, and manage campaigns that support client advertising objectives and drive revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the pre and post sales operations expert partnering closely with Sales and Ad Operations teams to ensure flawless campaign execution and delivery.
  • Create and traffic multiple advertising campaigns for multiple advertisers simultaneously to meet contractual obligations and drive revenue.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with various teams to translate customer requirements and requests into actionable advertising initiatives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and reconcile to meet campaign delivery ad performance goals and proper billing every month.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to internal teams (and in some cases, the client) regarding pricing, creatives, inventory, targeting, various tags, reporting, while recommending campaign delivery and performance optimizations.
  • Act as the internal primary point of contact for troubleshooting any campaign issues including creative/tags, delivery and pacing concerns, audience targeting, QA, and general campaign setup and configuration.
  • Generate reporting and other analytics on a weekly and/or monthly basis to ensure campaign pacing and performance.
  • Document relevant activities and requirements to improve workflow processes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Preferences:

  • 2+ Years of digital advertising experience (real time bidding / ad agency planning and buying experience with Web, Mobile, Native, Video, CTV/OTT, Meta, and Instagram).
  • Experience with ad exchange and ad serving platforms such as Xandr, The Trade Desk, Simplifi, and/or DV360 preferred (other platforms are a plus!).
  • Trafficking, campaign implementation/optimization experience, and excellent analytical skills required.
  • Candidates should be able to review large data sets, identify key trends, and make recommendations based on client goals.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables and VLOOKUP) and experience across Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs, etc.).
  • Knowledge of online advertising industry terms, concepts and business models.
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple campaigns, internal projects, and client deadlines successfully.
